45 minutes workout for new moms
With 45 minutes or more, you have enough time for a balanced workout. It is suggested to have 20 to 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise such as brisk stroller walking, stationary stair climbing, or biking. Follow that up with 10 to 20 minutes of strength moves: Combine lower body exercises like lungs and squats with upper body moves. Leave five to 10 minutes fro stretching and relaxation. Even five minutes of stretching and yoga breathing can lengthen your muscles and do wonders for your psyche. A good workout should meet your emotional needs as wells as your physical ones.
