Young at heart

Here’s the greatest anti-aging secret you’ll ever learn. You’re only as old as you feel and act. That’s the key – act your shoe size, not your age.

Imitate kids in grade school. They get up early. They go to bed early. They get plenty of sleep. They’re learning all the time and have boundless curiosity. They’re bundles of energy, running around nonstop and playing with their friends.

They’re curious. And they’re always looking to the future. Adults tend to live in the past. Living in the present makes you young. Young people always have something good come up – Christmas, Hanukah, summer vacations, and birthdays.

They don’t have stress, at least not the same stress that adults have. They just want to have fun. And they have lots of fun. And they have lots of social contacts and friends to have fun with.
