Smelly toes signs of fungal infection

It is most likely that your toenails are suffering from a fungal infection. It has affected the undersurface and most likely, also the nail roots itself.
This can be treated by prolonged application of antifungal cream or you can take antifungal tablets. However it would be best if you consult a dermatologist so you can be properly guided with the treatment as it takes a longer time to cure infected nails.
