Grandma could be suffering from malnutrition

You enjoy going to the mall with grandma… but when you see her wandering off, take it as a warning.
Grandma could be suffering from malnutrition.
The risk of malnutrition increases as one age and the degenerative changes that go along with aging are inevitable. But you can help delay the process if you can detect these early signs of malnutrition:
* Memory loss and confusion
* Weight loss
* Dryness of mouth and lips
* Tiredness
* Thinning of hair
* Edema (swelling of the legs and feet due to excess water retention)
* Pale skin
So give your grandma the care she needs by making sure she gets the proper and right amount of nutrition. Give her the right amounts of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals to help the body fight infections and diseases.
Surely, you’d like Grandma to enjoy the love of the third generation.
