Do you think you’re too old to reap the benefits of a healthy lifestyle? This, too, is not true. Nature is remarkable forgiving. It’s never too late to take steps to improve your health and well being.

If you already have health problems, adopting a healthy lifestyle is not too little nor too late. Heart attack survivors according to research, shows that those who exercise regularly can reduce their risk of a second, fatal heart attack by up to 25 percent.
