This should be taken daily with meals.
Vitamins
A – 5,000 IU or Beta carotene – 3 mg
B1 – 100 mg
B2 – 20 mg
B6 – 50 mg
B12 – 100 mcg
C – 360 mg
D – 400 IU
E – 100 IU
Minerals
Calcium – 1,000 mg
Magnesium – 500 mg
Manganese – 50 mg
Selenium – 50 mcg
Germanium – 60mg twice daily.
Amino acids (Twice daily)
Methionine – 100 mg
Carnitine – 200 mg
Cysteine – 100 mg
Tyrosine – 200 mg
