Traditional uses Carminative in dyspepsia, flatulence, intestinal colic. Maybe used for biliary disorders. Helps in nasal congestions and common cold. Topically, in mouthwash for oral hygiene. As food flavoring.
How to use : Pour hot water (150ml) over a tablespoonful of peppermint leaf and after 5-10 minutes filter through a tea strainer. Drink a cup of freshly prepared warm tea 3-4 times daily between meal times.
